We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Manager to lead and shape our organisation’s training and groupwork offer. This role will oversee the development and delivery of high-quality training for all staff and volunteers, ensuring our workforce has the knowledge and confidence to support survivors of domestic abuse effectively. Alongside this, the postholder will manage and support the delivery of engaging and empowering groupwork programmes for the women we work with, working with facilitators to ensure these spaces are safe, impactful, and informed by best practice.
