What you’ll be doing: Building and strengthening relationships with existing clients while developing new business. Proactively growing your desk through phone‑based sales and business development. Attending client meetings to convert prospects into long‑term partners. Interviewing, assessing, and growing a strong candidate pool aligned to client needs. Managing your workload effectively while meeting KPIs and maintaining compliance standards. What we’re looking for: Experience in recruitment, resourcing, or sales (highly desirable).
