Main Responsibilities
* Assist managers with disciplinary, investigation, and grievance processes.
* Collaborate with managers to effectively manage and reduce employee absence.
* Partner with managers to enhance team performance and employee engagement.
* Provide coaching to managers on employee relations matters.
* Support the facilitation of flexible working discussions and meetings.
Your Profile
* CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience, with a thorough understanding of employment law.
* Experience in interviewing to support team staffing.
* Ability to work effectively with managers in a confident and cooperative manner.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Constantly seek to improve processes.
