Part time PA required for small financial services business in central Birmingham.
Two days per week. One day a week must be in the office, the other hours can be split across the rest of the week.
Role
Transcend Corporate is a small financial services advisory business. We are looking for a part time PA to support our team of professionals. The role includes:
Arranging and scheduling meetings, internal and external.
Pro-active management of diaries to avoid clashes and conflicts.
Office based meeting management - front of house, meet and greet, refreshments.
Expense management on behalf of team members - compiling receipts and submitting claims forms.
Event management. Coordinating invites and responses, booking events, managing event providers, hosting at events.
Setting up mailing lists and sending marketing mailings using Mailchimp.
Inputing purchase invoices into accounting system.
The candidate should be confident, articulate and happy dealing with staff and clients at all levels. This includes email and phone communication. They should be flexible and be able to respond to ad-hoc requests for support.
Previous PA experience essential. Experience in the financial services sector would be an advantage.
Market rate salary. Private health care available.
