“Shaw Trust promotes team spirit, inclusiveness and it is an organisation where everybody is somebody. I am proud to be part of this great organisation.”
Purpose
We are looking for a Administration Co-ordinator to deal with in-coming referrals through our referral telephone line, email inbox and website. This will involve triaging referrals on the telephone and booking them into initial assessments with their Community Link Worker. You will also work alongside the Programme Manager and wider delivery teams to support the delivery of service.
The aim of the service overall is to contribute to the Shaw Trust vision of a society in which everyone has the opportunity for employment, inclusion and independence.
To stand-out you need to champion and embrace change, balance the empathy of a charitable heart with a commercial edge, and be willing to learn and collaborate with others. Your eye for detail and rigorous approach to quality will be crucial in ensuring that the Programme offers the very best support to its clients.
1. Primary focus on delivering the required triage process for all referrals coming through the single point of contact for the Programme.
2. Secondary focus on optimising the collection and dissemination of management information relating to the referral stage of the client’s journey within the programme.
This is a part-time role for 22.5 hours per week. The working pattern must include Thursdays and Fridays, with a third day to be agreed during the interview.
