Job Summary

Duties

* Manage the organisation's CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to track leads, customer interactions, and sales pipelines effectively.
* Coordinate marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media outreach, and event participation.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
* Prepare detailed reports on marketing performance metrics and business development progress for senior management.
* Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment of objectives.
Experience
* Proven experience in a similar role within a competitive market environment.
* Demonstrable success in developing effective marketing strategies that resulted in measurable growth.
* Strong knowledge of CRM software platforms, particularly Salesforce or equivalent systems.
