Vertu Motors – F&I Development Manager
Due to business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an F&I Development Manager to support our Nissan, Renault, Peugeot and Hyundai dealerships across the South of the country, including Derby, Leicester, Northampton and Exeter.
The role is full‑time permanent with a basic salary of £50,000, an OTE of £70,000, a company car and other benefits. The position requires regular travel and overnight stays.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with senior management to agree and measure performance against finance and insurance plans.
* Identify coaching and training requirements and ensure a consistent sales process is followed to drive F&I performance.
* Provide support and development to sites that require additional assistance.
* Maintain performance across multiple sites, ensuring all dealerships exceed set plans and objectives.
* Build relationships, coach and motivate teams at all levels.
* Travel regularly and manage overnight stays as needed.
Qualifications
* Experience as an F&I Manager or an accomplished Sales Manager/Business Manager.
* Results‑oriented with a proven track record of overperformance.
* Strong planning, organisational and influential communication skills.
* Democratic coaching style with the ability to gain buy‑in from teams.
* Passion for development and continuous improvement.
