Responsibilities
* Join the Children and Families Health Team in West Dunbartonshire HSCP as a Nursery Nurse, working with Children, Young People and families in the community.
* Support the health visitor in delivering an accessible, appropriate, culturally sensitive, safe, person-centred and effective service in the community.
* Collaborate with service users, care providers and other agencies in partnership to deliver health and family support services.
Qualifications and experience
* Must hold an NNEB or equivalent SVQ 3, or an HNC in Childcare.
* Experience working with Children/Young People and a record of continuing professional development.
* A full driving licence is desirable.
* Commitment to NHS GGC Induction and Children and Families specific induction if appointed.
Requirements and expectations
* Be an enthusiastic, motivated member of Children and Families support staff with significant community experience.
* Maintain safe, culturally sensitive and person-centred care in the community setting.
Additional information
* Hours: 37 hours per week
* Shift pattern: Mon–Fri, 08:30–16:30
