They are now seeking an experienced professional who is passionate about sustainability, confident in leading teams, and capable of delivering complex projects to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Take the lead on large-scale sustainability projects for high-profile clients. Mentor and support junior consultants, contributing to team development. Manage and deliver environmental assessments (BREEAM, WELL, HQM) from concept through to completion. Conduct technical analysis and modelling including embodied carbon, circular economy assessments, overheating risk, and building performance. Facilitate sustainability workshops with clients and design teams. Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations, budgets, and deadlines. About You: Deep understanding of Part L Building Regulations and Net Zero carbon strategies (experience with IES or Elmhurst software is a plus). Skilled in carrying out overheating and thermal comfort assessments. Capable of preparing and supporting planning applications. 7–8 years of experience in sustainability consultancy, ideally within the built environment sector. Strong leadership skills and a track record of delivering successful projects. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
