Valley Invicta Academies Trust requires an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at our primary school in Kings Hill. This role is a temporary position, supporting pupils with SEN.
You will be required to work 23.5 hours per week for 38 weeks per year.
The ideal candidate will be able to think on their feet, working both independently and as part of the team. This role offers potential for growth and development through excellent professional development.
You need to be calm and kind, able to take initiative, and work flexibly.
The role is suited to someone creative, capable of building on existing good practices to support pupils with SEND, enabling them to achieve their potential and work as independently as possible across the curriculum.
This contract is temporary, aligned with the High Needs Funding and the needs of the SRP unit.
