This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate travel and supporting our corporate travel program. Responsibilities Global Travel Management Supporting relationships with business travel services providers (OBT, risk management companies, etc.) Preparing reports to assist with budget planning and cost-saving strategies and to follow up on compliance with company standards Working with the global business travel agency Supporting the development and maintenance of travel policies and procedures to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness Corporate travel portal updates and content creation Negotiating and extending corporate hotel rates Communicating with employees regarding their travel arrangements and providing support and assistance as needed Supporting the travel manager in other tasks as needed Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in corporate travel management Workplace Management Supporting with workplace management in London office, occasionally in other European offices (Barcelona, Paris and Athens) in collaboration with workplace experience team. Supporting with the special projects related to the office (relocation) Manage co-working space office access and handle meeting room booking management Supporting with organization of workplace activities (i.e. Christmas Celebration, monthly gathering events, etc.) together with workplace experience team Create and maintain exciting workplace experience in the office Other duties Support on travel logistics (venue, hotels, travel) on special projects (large meetings, company-wide events) Requirements First experience with business travel Office management / administration experience would be a plus Strong organizational skills: Do'er, self-starter and can work independently with lots of initiative Strong presentation, collaboration and relationship-building skills High energy and creative - we're looking to build awesome workplace experiences for our employees Fluency in English is a must with French and/or Spanish being a plus Sounds like you?
