Job Role: Sous Chef
Location: Small Hotel, Buckingham
Salary: £32,500 + Benefits
Hours: Approx. 45 hrs/week, no split shifts

Cover breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner service
Assist with events (weddings, conferences, wakes - up to 200 covers)

Experienced in hotel or restaurant kitchens
Reliable, adaptable, and team-focused
Strong leadership skills and willingness to train others
Own whites, safety shoes, and knives
