Overview
Regional Site Lead role at CACI International Inc. TS/SCI with Poly required. Time Type: Full time. Travel: Up to 10% (Local). Location: Cape Canaveral, FL. Posting currently open for applications on an ongoing basis.
Responsibilities
* Oversee operations at a specific location, including managing staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations, and meeting performance goals.
* Serve as the primary on-site point of contact between customers, employees, and upper management; address issues, coordinate resources, and implement strategies to optimize site performance.
* Maintain safety standards, manage budgets, foster team development, and ensure overall site efficiency and effectiveness.
* Develop and implement strategies to optimize performance and efficiency across sites and regions, including resource coordination and issue resolution.
* Monitor regional performance metrics and drive continuous improvement and best-practice sharing.
* Oversee enterprise project execution and integrations, ensuring timely completion and seamless implementation.
* Collaborate with program leads and service providers to ensure integrated operations and advance strategic initiatives.
* Understand customer business needs and support organizational change initiatives to improve operations.
* Support cross-functional processes with Program support functions and assist the Program Manager in meeting programmatic responsibilities.
* Ensure process compliance across areas of responsibility with headquarters and site policies, governance, and industry standards.
* Directly support the Program Manager and Deputy in regional programmatic responsibilities, including staffing, deliverables, monthly reporting, and ad hoc requests, in a timely, accurate, and high-quality manner.
Qualifications
* University Degree or equivalent experience.
* 7+ years of related work experience.
* TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
* Experience managing enterprise programs valued at $25M–$50M.
* Experience leading a major sub-function within a large program.
* Strong knowledge of business and management principles, strategic planning, resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
* Expertise in Service Management and Service Integration solutions.
* Ability to interact effectively across organizational boundaries with customers and stakeholders.
* Experience leading personnel and multiple teams with a focus on inclusiveness, independent thinking, clear communication, and mentorship.
* Experience providing day-to-day program management and developing long-term objectives to meet end-user requirements.
* PMP or PgMP certification from PMI.
* Active ITIL 4/Fundamentals certifications and experience using ITIL practices.
* Ability to influence others and communicate with executive leadership.
* Proven ability to continuously improve and integrate services and procedures.
Desired
* Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical field (STEM).
* Advanced degrees and certifications (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, ISO) are desired.
* Experience working in complex environments, driving performance improvements.
Compensation and Benefits
The proposed salary range for this position is $82,100-$172,400. Final pay is influenced by location, experience, skills, and certifications. CACI offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, education, and time-off benefits. The position may be located in more than one location; the range shown is the national average.
