What You'll Do as a Floating Nursery Manager:
Motivate and mentor our dedicated nursery team to deliver outstanding care.
Elevate our nursery's standards and practices through effective leadership.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
Ensure all children receive equal opportunities and care.
Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
Uphold the highest standards of care, safety, and hygiene.

Your Ideal Background:
Minimum Level 3 in Childcare (EYE, NVQ, NNEB, CACHE, or equivalent)
At least 3 years in nursery management, ideally progressing through various roles
In-depth knowledge of child development theories and practices
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
Proven ability to inspire and motivate a team to foster a positive learning environment
