Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our online sales and digital marketing strategy.
This role is responsible for managing, developing and optimising our website, driving traffic and conversions through SEO and PPC, managing Amazon and other marketplaces, and overseeing all online marketing activity to deliver measurable revenue growth.
This is not purely an e-commerce operations role — we are looking for someone who can strategically and technically manage the entire online growth process.
Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Management & Development
* Manage, maintain and improve the company website (WordPress)
* Lead website optimisation, restructuring or rebuild projects where required
* Improve UX, conversion rates and site performance
* Ensure all content is SEO-optimised and aligned with brand messaging
* Monitor technical SEO and site health
SEO & Organic Growth
* Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy
* Conduct keyword research, on-page and technical optimisation
* Manage backlink strategies and content planning
* Monitor rankings, traffic and conversion performance
Paid Advertising (PPC)
* Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping)
* Manage paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Control and optimise ad spend for ROI and ROAS
* Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis
Marketplace Management
* Manage and grow Amazon Seller / Vendor accounts
* Optimise listings, keywords and product performance
* Manage advertising within Amazon
* Explore and manage additional sales platforms where appropriate
Social Media & Content
* Develop and execute a structured content and social media strategy
* Grow brand awareness and engagement
* Coordinate photography, graphics and campaign creatives
Analytics & Reporting
* Track and analyse website traffic, ad performance and sales data
* Report on KPIs including traffic, conversions, ROAS and revenue growth
* Use data to continuously improve performance
Strategy & Growth
* Take ownership of online revenue growth targets
* Recommend new tools, platforms and growth initiatives
* Manage external agencies where required (or bring activity in-house)
Required Skills & Experience
* 3+ years' experience in digital marketing and e-commerce growth
* Proven track record of increasing online sales and website performance
* Strong working knowledge of:
* SEO (technical and on-page)
* Google Ads and PPC campaign management
* Google Analytics (GA4)
* Amazon Seller Central
* Experience managing and improving WordPress (or similar CMS)
* Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
* Ability to analyse data and make performance-driven decisions
* Hands-on, proactive and commercially minded
Desirable
* Experience managing website rebuild or migration projects
* Experience with email marketing automation
* Experience managing digital marketing budgets
* Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
* Experience with B2B and B2C environments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Wellingborough (Northamptonshire)
