Overview
Specialist Radiographers are sought for the 24/7 imaging service at the Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary in Dumfries and Galloway. The fixed‑term role (ending 31/03/2027) involves supporting emergency and weekend imaging provision and participating in staff development and training.
Responsibilities
* Support the 24/7 imaging service, including Emergency Ward Department (EWD) and weekend provision.
* Lead safely, effectively and efficiently within the MRI department.
* Provide high‑quality imaging services and maintain clinical guidelines and safety standards.
* Participate in staff development and training.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in MRI.
* Sound working knowledge of clinical guidelines and safety standards within MRI.
* Strong people skills and the ability to lead and work as part of a team.
