Description Job Title: Internal Sales Representative Job Type: Full-Time Location: Heywood, UK Department: Sales & Customer Support Overview: We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you’ll provide essential customer service support and help drive sales growth of a technically challenging product range by maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and converting inbound enquiries into successful orders. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Handling all aspects of customer service, including order processing, quotations, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms Evaluating customers’ needs and building productive, long-lasting relationships Ensuring all sales activity is updated in the CRM system (Salesforce.com) Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products Investigating and resolving customer complaints, and developing effective solutions Providing training and technical support to end-user clients as required Making occasional customer visits Requirements: Previous experience in internal sales or customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems Effective presentation, sales, negotiation, and influencing skills Knowledge of fabrics/textiles and chemicals is an advantage START DATE: ASAP Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Additional pay: Performance bonus Benefits: Company events Company pension Free On-site parking Schedule: Monday to Friday Experience: Sales: 3 years (preferred) Licence /Certification: Driving Licence (required) Work Location: Heywood, UK
