Job Title: HR Advisor
Location: Bathgate (office based)
Working Pattern: Full time, Monday to Friday
Contract Details: Temporary (around 12 weeks)

About Our Client:
Our client is a top player in the construction and sustainability game. They're on the lookout for an HR Advisor to join their busy team on a temporary basis. You'll be handling everything from absence management to recruitment, on-boarding, and dealing with grievances.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Be the go-to person for all HR questions, providing quick and helpful support.
2. Keep employee records up to date and confidential.
3. Write up letters and contracts for new and current employees.
4. Help manage employee relations, including taking notes and giving HR advice during absence reviews, disciplinary actions, and grievance meetings.
5. Handle the recruitment process from start to finish, making sure candidates have a great experience.
6. Promote good communication and support employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
7. Assist the management team with various tasks and projects as needed.
What We're Looking For:
1. Strong HR advisory and coaching skills
2. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
4. Great interpersonal skills, maintaining discretion with confidential matters.
5. Well-organised, able to prioritise, multitask, and perform under pressure.
6. Able to work independently and also support the wider team.
