Overview
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and client acquisition. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our social media efforts align with overall marketing objectives and public relations initiatives.
Duties
* Develop and execute engaging social media content across various platforms, including Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Threads, Wechat and LinkedIn.
* Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive campaigns that promote brand awareness and drive traffic.
* Analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, fostering community engagement.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain relevant and effective.
* Assist in public relations efforts by coordinating social media outreach during events or campaigns.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in social media management, preferably within a professional setting.
* Strong understanding of public relations principles and how they integrate with social media strategies.
* Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
* Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
* Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
* Familiarity with graphic design tools is an advantage but not essential.
