We are currently partnering with a well-established engineering business in the Dorset area. Our client has an excellent reputation and works with a huge variety of customers within a wide of sectors. Our client is currently looking for an experienced Despatch Co-ordinatorto join their team.
As Despatch Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of duties within the business – the key thing being your positive can-do attitude and an ability to work with various teams throughout the business.
Key responsibilities as Despatch Co-ordinator
* You will be responsible for supporting a number of departments with administration requirements within the business.
* Using the ERP system for various aspects of the role
* You will provide detailed and accurate correspondence and export and shipping documentation.
Key experience as Despatch Co-ordinator
* You will have experience as an administrator within a manufacturing/ logistical/ engineering environment-with at least 2 years’ experience.
* You will be accurate with a great sense of detail
* You will have worked in a fast-paced environment previously and have good multi- tasking capabilities.
* You will be able to work to deadlines
* Ideally ERP experience
* Despatch and shipping experience required
