Key Responsibilities
* Client Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining professional, long-term relationships with prestigious law firms across the country to understand and fulfil their critical hiring needs.
* Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Proactively identifying, attracting, and engaging with high-calibre legal professionals through various sourcing channels, including specialised databases, professional networks, and direct outreach.
* Consultative Communication: Conducting in-depth screening and interviewing of candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit, and advising them on their career aspirations.
* Process Management: Expertly managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including scheduling interviews, managing feedback, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth placement process for both clients and candidates.
* Market Expertise: Developing a deep understanding of the legal market, including salary trends and industry-specific hiring challenges, to position yourself as a trusted advisor.
Qualifications & Personal Profile
We are seeking individuals who are serious about forging a successful career in legal recruitment. While prior recruitment experience is beneficial, it is not essential.
* A demonstrated winner’s mindset—highly self-motivated, resilient, and driven by achieving challenging targets.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate professionally and engage confidently with senior-level stakeholders and candidates, including significant comfort with telephone-based communication.
* A high degree of professionalism and a genuine passion for providing a first-class service to esteemed law firms and legal professionals.
* The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple priorities and remaining composed during periods of both success and setback.
