What will you be doing? Support with the design and execution of earned-first influencer marketing strategies aligned with client objectives, cultural trends, and audience behaviors Identify and analyze the right mix of influencers for our clients Support development of campaign frameworks to ensure audience resonance and authenticity Use Weber Shandwick’s proprietary approach to identify and score influencers, ensuring data-backed decision-making Cultivate strong relationships with influencers and their management teams Develop briefing documents, host briefing calls, and coordinate activations for seamless execution Monitor influencer content for quality, brand alignment, and compliance with disclosure guidelines Analyze and measure campaign performance; refine strategies and deliver actionable insights to clients Stay ahead of cultural and digital trends Collaborate with broader teams to integrate influencer campaigns into larger communication programs Handle commercial and contract negotiations with influencers, working with legal teams Manage client influencer budgets effectively Work closely with internal teams to advise and identify opportunities to amplify influencer marketing Who are you?
