Job Description:
How we make the difference in Regulatory and Risk
Our Regulatory & Risk Advisory Graduate programme is designed to give you the experience and core consulting skills you need to start your career. You'll build your commercial understanding and business acumen to deliver real value to our clients.
The work is interesting, varied, and high-profile, especially in today’s economic climate where clients and Regulators focus more on risk and regulatory issues.
You can expect to work in the following areas:
* Modelling and Model Risk Management: Model Risk involves potential adverse outcomes from errors in business and financial models. You will work with clients on model development, validation, governance, and learn coding languages supporting climate risk and credit risk modelling.
* Financial Risk and Resilience: Support clients in prudential regulation, ESG, and insurance risks, providing assurance, deal support, and strategic advice.
* Wholesale: Collaborate with wholesale clients on challenges like conduct risk, risk transformation, internal controls, and non-financial reporting regulation.
* Retail: Focus on retail clients, involving conduct, consumer protection, operational resilience, and CASS, across sectors like asset management, insurance, and banking.
How you’ll grow with us
Our three-year programme helps you build experience and expertise in Risk management, supporting your professional growth and qualification pursuits, including the FRM certification.
The teams you could work in
You will advise on regulatory compliance and sustainability integration into Risk management, helping clients solve complex business problems with pragmatic solutions.
If you’re curious, resilient, and agile, you could thrive with us.
