Our Boutique Offices Located in Wood Green are currently in search for a highly motivated, confident and driven Lettings Negotiator.
Applicants Must be fluent in English and posses an outstanding telephone manner, able to use Microsoft office and hold a full UK driving license.
experience within the industry is not essential as full training will be provided but previous sales experience will be a great advantage.
Duties will include answering and making telephone calls, registering new applicants and landlords, arranging and conducting viewings as well as making cold calls and other forms of marketing.
The starting salary will be £9,600 per annum plus commission and will increase to £12,000 per annum plus commission after the first quarter once set targets have been reached in addition to a great bonus structure, high earning potential for the right candidate. (£25K OTA)
We also offer other opportunities on a self employed basis whereby you could earn up to 50% commission on each successful deal, details will be discussed during an interview.
You will have access to our company car but are also welcome to use your own car if you so wish.
