This role requires an energetic and professional individual to deliver high class customer experience through hosting, front line services and events coordinating. You will be building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with the client, customers and vendors. Key Responsibilities: * All front of house responsibilities, meet and greet of customers and visitors * Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with the client, customers and vendors to promote excellent customer service. * Logging any faults or issues with the Helpdesk. * Track & manage all open jobs through to final completion. * Ensure excellent communication by attending operational meetings with the team. * Point of contact for Facilities Management services including maintenance, repairs, fabric works & requirements. * Assist with setting up meeting rooms and layouts when required * Ensure all signage and artwork is on brand and compliant removing any non-conformity. * Undertake basic reception duties e.g. booking & managing meeting rooms, welcome & escort visitors (book/ check them in), hospitality, general Front of House admin etc * IT support e.g. daily checking IT kit on desks and in meeting rooms, completing fixes where possible, ...
