As Sous Chef you will be right in the action in our kitchen, second in command to our Head Chef – stepping up and covering for them when they’re not on shift.
Responsibilities
* Offer previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef
* Assist our Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen
* Accountable for running the line during service
* Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team – helping to develop their skills
* Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service
