Compensation: £35,848 – £38,028 per year
Hours: 173 hours per month – shift pattern 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep ins. Rotas given in advance. 365‑day service.

This position involves providing high‑quality residential care and therapeutic support to children in a residential home setting.
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 12 months experience in a children's residential care home
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
* Full driving licence issued in the UK
* Right to work in the UK with no restrictions
* In‑depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice
* Values aligned with Esland’s therapeutic, person‑centred approach to childcare
* Minimum age 21 or above

The Role
Red Lake House is a three‑bedded home set across two properties offering crisis intervention and trauma‑informed therapeutic care. Our young people receive the highest quality care and support for their educational, emotional and personal needs. Educational places are available in our schools where they can pursue a personalised education plan to reach their full potential.
