In this key role, you will act as the first point of contact for our customers, delivering a high-end, seamless experience that reflects the standards of our luxury brand partners. You will guide customers through their repair journey with confidence, care, and attention to detail, ensuring they feel fully supported at every stage. Key Responsibilities Manage the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring a premium customer experience Coordinate bookings, vehicle collections, and returns efficiently and professionally Maintain clear, timely communication with customers, insurers, and internal teams Build strong relationships with customers, delivering a personalised and reassuring service Accurately update systems and insurer portals with all relevant information Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails to a high professional standard Support team and individual performance targets aligned to service excellence Proactively resolve queries and issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Assist with vehicle movements on-site where required What We’re Looking For We are seeking a polished and customer-centric individual, ideally with experience within automotive repair, aftercare, or a premium customer service environment.
