We're hiring a skilled CNC Turner / Setter / Programmer to join a world-class precision engineering company in Crewkerne. If you've worked with Citizen or sliding head CNC machines, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
* Set and operate CNC turning machines to create precision components
* Program or partially program machines when needed
* Monitor machining processes and make adjustments to improve output
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
* Collaborate with the production team to meet output and quality targets
What We're Looking For:
* Experienced CNC Turner / Setter / Programmer
* Ability to set to tight tolerances in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with Citizen sliding head machines or similar
* Strong track record in precision manufacturing
* Reliable, quality-driven, and a proactive problem-solver
To qualify for the higher salary band, you'll need to demonstrate strong hands-on experience and ability during the interview and assessment process.
