We have a fantastic opportunity for an Employee Payments Administrator to join NATS supporting the Employee Payment (EP) function by providing administration and information support across a range of Payroll and Expenses related activities. You will support the team to provide an accurate payroll service for circa 5000 employees and 7000 pensioners. Your support will ensure NATS staff and CAA/NATS pensioners are paid accurately, in accordance with NATS policies and procedures, whilst adhering to all deadlines. Duties include: Applying standard payroll policies and processes to the daily handling of pay related data including travel and relocation expenses ensuring all deadlines are met. Administer Pensioner Payroll changes on instruction from CAA Pensions Administration Department (P.A.D) and data received from external sources. Keeping up to date with current payroll Legislation. Responding to enquiries from NATS employees and CAA/NATS pensioners on all pay related matters. Liaising with HR and P.A.D representatives as required. Administration of payroll deductions including statutory deductions and voluntary benefits. Liaising with third party companies, providing monthly breakdowns of payments and deductions. Co-ordinate end of month tasks providing information to customers following relevant payroll checks. Ensure excellent customer service and good working relationships between EP and its customers. Contributing to team and organisational objectives, making suggestions for improvements where possible. Essential Skills and Experience: Certification from The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals or equivalent is desirable (or comparable relevant work experience). Proactive with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure. Excellent team working skills. Strong IT skills. Confident and effective communicator to both internal and external stakeholders. A willingness to participate in the development and implementation of organisational and business improvement changes.
