I am currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative to work on a social housing contract around the Burton on Trent area. This Multi Trade Operative will be expected to carry out reactive maintenance on tenanted properties .
What you can expect as a Multi Trade Operative;
1. Weekly pay
2. £21-22 per hour
3. Van supplied
4. Long term contract with potential for a permanent position.
As a Multi Trade Operative we need you to have;
5. NVQ level 2 in a plastering
6. Conscientious and aware of Health and Safety
7. Driving licence
8. Social housing experience
9. Willingness to have a basic DBS check.
I would be really excited if you have:
10. The ability to complete jobs in trades other than your core trade, including brickwork,decorating and basic roof repairs.
11. Experience in using PDA or an app that delivers jobs onto a smart phone
