A high-growth technology consulting and managed services business is looking for an ambitious SDR Player / Manager to lead from the front and help shape the next phase of its commercial growth.
This is not a “sit back and manage” role. You’ll personally contribute to outbound activity while coaching and developing a small SDR team, building the foundations of a scalable sales development function.

The Role
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs through regular 1:1s, call coaching, and performance reviews
* Personally contribute to outbound prospecting and meeting generation activity
* Build and refine outreach sequences, messaging, and SDR playbooks
* Drive pipeline generation across mid-market and enterprise accounts
* Work closely with marketing to improve campaign quality and conversion
* Use data and CRM insights to optimise outreach performance and sequencing
* Support onboarding and enablement for future SDR hires as the team grows
* Engage senior stakeholders including CTOs, CIOs, CFOs, and IT leaders

What They’re Looking For
* 3+ years in B2B technology sales, SDR, or inside sales environments
* Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation experience
* Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading peers
* Track record of consistently exceeding KPIs and targets
* Strong communication skills with confidence speaking to senior decision-makers
* CRM and sales engagement platform experience (HubSpot advantageous)
* Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and improve processes
Bonus Points For
* Managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, or Microsoft ecosystem experience
* Exposure to vendor-led GTM motions and partner environments
* Experience building outreach frameworks or SDR playbooks
* Formal leadership or team management experience
* Knowledge of qualification methodologies such as MEDDIC or SCOTSMAN
