This role reports to the Senior HR Business Partner and partners with senior management within specified functional areas to develop and implement effective people solutions aligned to business strategy and people plans.
You will act as the subject matter expert across HR, supporting the design and delivery of strategic and operational priorities to support wider HR and organizational goals.
This role supports functional people leaders in recruiting, engaging, and developing top talent, and building capabilities for both short- and long-term business success.
What will you do on a typical day?
1. Partner with senior management teams to provide high-quality HR support.
2. Implement the people agenda and operational requirements, supporting the entire employee lifecycle through:
* Developing focused people plans aligned to strategic priorities.
* Building talent pipelines and supporting succession planning.
* Assisting in business decision-making, problem-solving, and performance management.
* Developing high-performing teams through identifying development needs.
* Supporting engagement and communication activities.
* Leading change initiatives as required.
* Reviewing people analytics and insights with managers and HR leadership.
* Making recommendations to address resource and operational challenges.
* Identifying workforce trends impacting organizational goals.
* Managing complex employee relations cases, including TUPE.
* Interpreting workforce metrics to support business needs.
* Recommending improvements based on regulatory and internal challenges.
* Maintaining HR policies and processes, ensuring effective implementation.
* Providing technical guidance to stakeholders.
* Handling company data in compliance with policies and laws.
What are we looking for?
* Experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or generalist in a fast-paced environment.
* CIPD Level 7 qualification or relevant specialist qualification.
* Proven knowledge in talent development, employee engagement, organizational design, performance management, and succession planning.
* Experience leading change management and organizational design projects.
* Significant employee relations experience managing complex cases.
* Experience with business planning and KPIs.
* Ability to proactively manage priorities and exercise sound judgment.
* Strong influencing, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
* Customer-focused approach.
* Collaborative team player.
