Nightshift Dispatch Operative - Inverness, UK
Temporary Role Available with an immediate start. Would suit a student as role will be until September 2026.
Job Responsibilities
* Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
* Checking orders for accuracy, quality, and completeness prior to dispatch.
* Preparing products for delivery, ensuring they are correctly packed and labelled.
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the production environment.
* Collaborating closely with production and night shift teams to meet nightly dispatch deadlines.
* Assisting with inventory checks and stock organisation as required.
* Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Reliable, punctual, and with a strong work ethic.
* Previous experience in warehouse, dispatch, or production roles is beneficial but not essential.
* Physical fitness to handle lifting and manual handling tasks.
* Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
* Knowledge of food hygiene standards and food production operations is advantageous.
Additional Information
* This is a temporary full-time night shift role until September 2026, ideal for students or individuals seeking seasonal employment.
* Working hours are 35 -37.5 hours per week.
* Schedule includes five nights out of six, with every Saturday night off and one other night rotated weekly.
* Rate of pay is £15 per hour.
