Overview
We are looking for a post‑Foundation doctor to join Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust as a Trust Grade Psychiatrist within the older people’s inpatient ward at Julian Hospital, Norwich.
Julian Hospital is a mental health facility with 70 beds for older people, located on Bowthorpe Road, Norwich. It hosts five inpatient wards: Sandringham (male) and Blickling (female). The post holders will provide day‑to‑day psychiatric and physical health reviews for patients under the care of a consultant psychiatrist and will work with a multidisciplinary team, attending relevant meetings. Opportunities to observe assessments in other settings and to train in Psychiatry are available.
Qualifications & Experience
* Equivalent to CT1‑CT3 trainees in terms of experience.
