Senior Service Designers. 2 Community & Neighbourhood Health Discovery
Outside IR35 - £500-600 pd8 weeks (initially) - starting w/c 9th March South East - Hybrid 3 days per week onsite
The rolesLeads the design-led elements of a EPR discovery, translating user insight into clear, structured capability views to support neighbourhood health delivery.
What you'll do:- Leads the user-informed capability view, covering as-is capabilities and future needs - Grounds capability models in user research across Community Trusts, PCNs, GPs, and partners - Articulates capability gaps in a way that supports prioritisation and feasibility discussions - Contributes to high-level requirements and early thinking on pilots and phased delivery
What we're looking for:- Strong service or capability design experience in health or complex public services - Worked in ambiguous environments without a predefined target operating or technology model - Proven experience facilitating multi-stakeholder workshops, interviews, and discovery activity - Able to express complex systems, dependencies, and trade-offs clearly for senior, non-technical audiences - Experience working alongside clinical and frontline teams, translating practice into design insight - Familiarity with neighbourhood health, integrated care, or community-based service models (desirable)
