Are you passionate about travel and eager to start an exciting career in the travel industry? We’re looking for an organised and motivated Apprentice to join our Administration team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while learning the ropes of the travel business, with full training and ongoing support. In this role you’ll help with day-to-day administration tasks and provide customer service support for our GoCruise & Travel Franchise as well as Fred. Holidays Tour Operation.
Each booking is important to us. Our Administration team focuses on detail when cross checking bookings and using initiative to problem solve and strive for the best outcomes.
Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day administration tasks and customer service support for GoCruise & Travel Franchise and Fred. Holidays Tour Operation. Cross-check bookings for accuracy and completeness. Provide high-quality customer service in a travel environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations. Support the delivery of the Apprenticeship by engaging with the work-based training provider and assessor visits.
Apprenticeship details
This is an Apprenticeship; the successful candidate will work towards the Customer Service Specialist Level 3 qualification with an estimated duration of 12–15 months. It is a work-based Apprenticeship with no day release to college required. You will have an allocated Assessor from an Apprenticeship training provider who will visit you in the workplace and provide 1-2-1 training, support, and guidance throughout the course.
Working hours: 35 per week. Location: Head Office (Fred Olsen House, 42 White House Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 5LL). Flexibility and willingness to work overtime when required.
