You have tribunal experience and are well-versed in statutory assessment processes. You effectively communicate with children, families, and professionals, offering professional advice and support while ensuring compliance with legislative frameworks. What the Job Involves In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating statutory assessments, developing Education Health and Care Plans (EHCP), and managing a caseload of clients with SEND. You will collaborate with various educational institutions and agencies to ensure effective service delivery, promote inclusive practices, and prepare clear and transparent tribunal cases. Your duties include attending planning meetings, chairing person-centered planning sessions, and conducting annual reviews, aiming to support positive outcomes and smooth transitions to adult services. Skills Extensive tribunal experience Strong understanding of SEND legislation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to write high-quality, person-centered EHCPs Proficient in electronic record keeping (e.g., Liquid Logic) Experience with multi-agency coordination Clear understanding of compliance with GDPR Problem-solving and solution-focused approach
