Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team at McQuillan Companies, based at our Head Office in Lisburn. This full-time, permanent role involves supporting contract management and administrative functions within our civil engineering and road surfacing projects.
Responsibilities
1. Managing contracts and operational support, including compiling reports and managing timesheets.
2. Assisting in the preparation of daily programmes and tracking operative hours.
3. Sourcing utility markup information and processing invoices and payments.
4. Supporting tender documentation and maintaining filing systems.
5. Providing administrative support to directors and staff, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies.
6. Maintaining reception duties and managing internal logistics.
Essential Criteria
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Ability to work independently with initiative and attention to detail.
* Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Desirable Criteria
* Experience in a similar administrative or contract management role.
* Experience with contract, invoice, or financial administration.
