This role involves working closely with the IT Manager, troubleshooting technical issues, assisting staff, and maintaining system security and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks to ensure optimal performance. Manage help desk requests, providing efficient technical support to employees. Assist staff with system setup, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network faults. Conduct regular system health checks and address security or usability concerns. Monitor and deploy system patches, updates, and security fixes to maintain a secure IT environment.
