Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a leading global property consultancy to recruit a Healthcare Valuation Surveyor as part of the continued growth of their specialist Healthcare team in Bristol.

🔍 The Role:
6. Deliver valuation and advisory services across a range of healthcare assets
7. Develop expertise in trading valuations, including care homes and specialist healthcare facilities
8. Undertake inspections, research and report writing in line with RICS standards
9. Support senior colleagues on complex instructions and portfolio work
10. Contribute to business development and client engagement activities
11. Build strong market knowledge within this specialist sector
✅ About You:
12. Ideally MRICS qualified, or working towards qualification (minimum ~18 months APC experience considered)
13. Background in valuation, agency or related general practice discipline
14. Strong analytical and report writing skills
15. Interest in developing a specialism within healthcare property
16. Confident communicator with good client-facing ability
17. Full UK driving licence
