Position: Graduate Learning Support Assistant Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one support for students with SEN, helping them access the curriculum and develop academically, socially, and emotionally. Collaborate with class teachers and the SENCo to plan and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Adapt learning materials and strategies to meet individual needs and foster independence in pupils. Monitor and report on student progress, contributing to the assessment and review process. Create a nurturing and inclusive environment, promoting positive relationships and well-being. Support children in managing transitions and developing key skills. Experience & Requirements: Prior experience supporting children in a primary school setting is essential. A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to working with children with additional needs.
