Job Type: Full-Time Permanent Salary: £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Hours: 40 hours per week Location: Wymondham Key Responsibilities: Manage and support a small production team, fostering a positive, traditional work culture Oversee multi-step manufacturing processes for custom components Coordinate closely with the in-house tooling team to ensure smooth production flows Monitor efficiency, staff utilisation, and production plans, reporting to the owners Implement process improvements and changes in a controlled, safe manner Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and best practices Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience in manufacturing management, ideally within niche or complex processes Strong leadership and team-management skills, able to motivate and support a long-standing workforce Excellent organisational and communication skills Experience introducing process improvements successfully Solid understanding of H&S and workplace safety This is a rare opportunity to join a business that values tradition, quality, and its people.
