Job Requirements:

We are looking for a nurse with a valid NMC PIN and at least 2 years of post-registration nursing experience. You should be confident in leading a team, making decisions, and coordinating care overnight. Experience using electronic care plans and a deep commitment to person-centred care and clinical excellence are also essential.

A passion for mentoring others and being a supportive role model is crucial in this role. You will be working closely with our Home Manager, who holds the prestigious Queen's Nurse title, and contributing to a culture built on compassion, professionalism, and high standards.
