We are seeking an exceptional immediately available EAto support an SLT team at a luxury retail head office.
This is a busy, involved, fun and fast paced role, support the senior leadership team of this highly successful and growing brand. You'll work alongside other EAs supporitng the leadership team.

This is a hands‑on, detail‑oriented position requiring someone who thrives in a fast paced, deadline driven setting. You’ll be providing seamless day‑to‑day support, ensuring operations run smoothly and professionally at all times.
💼 Key Responsibilities
* Complex diary and schedule management
* Coordinating appointments and logistics
* Acting as first point of contact
* Lots of international travel arranging
* Managing communications with efficiency and tact
* Supporting ad‑hoc tasks with a proactive, solutions‑driven mindset
🎯 Requirements
* Previous experience within a retail brand or similar
* Happy to work 5 days onsite
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to anticipate needs and work autonomously
* Calm, organised, and unflappable under pressure
* Available to start immediately
