The Role
You’ll be the main point of contact between the client (a leading retail brand) and our internal creative and production teams. You’ll manage the day-to-day running of packaging and branding projects, ensuring everything is delivered on time, on budget, and to brief — while nurturing strong, trusting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage packaging and branding projects from brief to delivery
* Act as the client’s go-to person for project updates, feedback, and timelines
* Write and interpret creative briefs and communicate them clearly to the studio
* Coordinate with designers, artworkers, and production teams to ensure high-quality output
* Ensure critical paths and key milestones are met without compromising creativity
* Confidently present work to clients, taking and actioning feedback appropriately
* Identify opportunities to grow the client relationship
About You
* You’ve got at least 3 years’ experience in an agency account management role
* Solid experience managing both branding and packaging design projects
* Comfortable juggling multiple projects and timelines across FMCG or retail clients
* Excellent communicator — confident, organised, and collaborative
* A genuine passion for design, packaging, and the retail landscape
* Bonus points if you’ve worked with supermarket or retail own-brand ranges
