We are looking for advisers who take responsibility for generating their own opportunities and growing their own introducer relationships. There will be lead support available but any additional support provided is designed to complement, not replace, your own business development.
Who This Role Is For
This position would suit someone who:
* Has at least two years experience as a mortgage adviser
* Has worked within an estate agency or employed sales environment
* Has a proven ability to self-generate mortgage business
* Is confident building relationships with introducers and clients
* Holds CeMAP or an equivalent qualification
* Is commercially minded and motivated by uncapped earnings
* Is ready to operate with greater independence and accountability
* Ideally located in Northamptonshire/Leciestershire/Bedfordshire region
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and convert your own mortgage business
* Provide compliant mortgage advice
* Manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion
* Maintain accurate records in line with FCA and network standards
* Deliver consistently high levels of client service
