The Role: Weekend Van Driver
As a DEBRA Van Driver, you will:
* Represent DEBRA professionally and courteously at all times
* Collect, deliver, and distribute goods efficiently and safely
* Load and unload the van, maximising space and adhering to vehicle weight limits
* Carry out heavy lifting and manual handling in line with UK safety regulations
* Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections
* Keep the vehicle clean, roadworthy, and report any faults promptly
* Ensure the van is serviced and maintained according to schedule
* Comply with all road safety and UK driving laws
What We’re Looking For
* A full, clean UK driving licence
* A friendly, presentable, and professional manner
* Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
* Awareness of health & safety best practices, including LOLER and Manual Handling Regulations
* A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
