We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Holiday Coordinators. In this role, you'll work from home to support clients in planning tailored travel experiences including cruises, all-inclusive holidays, family breaks, romantic getaways, group travel, and more. If you have a passion for travel, enjoy helping others, and want the flexibility of working remotely, this role could be an excellent fit. Key Responsibilities: Research, plan, and coordinate personalised travel itineraries based on client needs and preferences. Arrange bookings for flights, hotels, cruises, excursions, transport, and travel insurance. Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel. Stay informed on travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination knowledge. Communicate with clients via email, phone, and social media. Build and maintain client relationships while managing bookings through our preferred suppliers. Qualifications & Skills: Must be 18 years of age or older. No prior experience required full training and certification provided. Strong communication and organisational skills. Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and social media platforms.
