The Role:
You will be the first point of contact for our clients' IT-related queries, providing efficient customer support, diagnosing issues, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service to end-users and stakeholders
* Handle technical service requests as the primary contact
* Maintain detailed records of support tickets
* Resolve issues promptly with first-time fixes
* Escalate complex issues and manage workload to meet SLAs
About You:
* Previous experience in IT support
* Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft technologies
* Good troubleshooting skills with Microsoft Office and Windows desktops
* Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS; eager to learn and develop
